when i rip stuff, i use the programs listed at:

there's a place for everything playa..

When you get on those circle jerk warez sites..well..those guys invented the word..you usually end up frustrated and left with a trial version of some old piece of software..

Really want to avoid anything that asks you to "vote" before you download..etc.

You also will find the real warez guys are pissed at the crappy sites, cuz 99% of it is stolen designs..and hot links...

yea its pretty illegal, but there are hundreds of places that distribute this stuff

warez sites do exist, but they arent the reg. sites, they are basically fxp boards http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
irc is also a very good source for movies and stuff, if you know where to go you can movies that are already encoded and you just have to split them into little parts
