All of the content i have was uploaded to my ftp server or to the online http file trading script, how am i supposed to know if its copyrighted or not?

I am unsure but i believe that if something is copyrighted it must say so

As for cheating the host with using it for porn, this does nobody any harm, i get the hits to my site and they benefit from the publicity
