disk image with XP ?

Looks like there's something fucked up at my darddisk at my pc .
I have XP at this machine , i'll probably buy new hardisk , anyone knows how to make an image of the current disk ? , maybe the xp itself can do it , or external program ? .
My file system is NTFS .

Norton Ghost is a good program also easy cd creator allows you to creat a back up of your hard and creating an image

yeah, i've had alot of sucess with norton ghost... www.symantec.om

works well over a network :D
