What's the inside story on AgeOath?

I'm curious what's really happening with AgeOath. It looked like it was going to be a great program, I was getting great signups off just their traffic, BossHawg was running it ... Now everything has been in the toilet for months. Is this BossHawg the same BossHawg that runs HawgsCash? Does anyone know what's going on?
