Redirection CODE?

Does anyone know how to redirect a user to a different page or section of a site by their location..

Or even by state if its in US?

please help, im using a perl script hopefully I could integrate something like this.

Actually I need by state, is not race issue, is about showing different sections of the website depending on the visitor thats all.

Ok I found a good one but the script just wont work.. is redirection based on host names.. does anyone knows?
