Hi,
I recently started 2 TGP's. The first is running 2 months the second is running 2 days so on the second I can't really say
anything yet.
The first is http://www.shagaddict.com can you please have a
look and tell me what's wrong? For some reasone the site has
a very low productivity. It has between 5 and 6K uniques but it
doesn't grow any further and mostly due to the fast that the
traffic is hardly clicking anything.
Do I just have bad trades or am I missing something? While
you're at it....please also check the second one and let me know
what I am doing wrong http://www.cyberpimp.net
Any help, suggestion is very much appreciated.

First off sweet looking site....
Second... what is your productivity at right now?
And lastly...where is the bulk of your traffic coming from.. Trades or is it bookmarkers?

Thanks! over the last 24H 36 bookmarkers hehehe the remaining
is trades I use TM3 for trading my overall productivity is 0.50
but from the traffic coming from the trades only 0.33 which means
out of 3 people coming from trades only 1 is send to another trade.
Overall every 2 users gets me 1 send to a trade.
I have trades for example sending 700 uniques that have only
100 productive clicks...I think this is way too low
Thanks for the help!

The second tgp looks good and should be productive i guess, the first i really think of maybe is that you could show the gallery lists higher up, so the surfer can see some new listsings when they enter the site and not just banners and toplists :)
Else it looks ok i think.

Thanks for the input so far....the second www.cyberpimp.net I think is doing better....since the only thing on the page are logo
and galleries....but that site went live yesterday so offcourse
I have no figures on that one yet.
On www.shagaddict.com you could be right. It's overdone on
design maybe surfers close the window because they think
it's a full page add or something hehehe.
More suggestions welcome....in the meantime I'll chop down the
page to a more simplistic design like cyberpimp....for some reason
I have a feeling that site may do better...
Thanks so for guys you're the best ;)

With productivity 0.50 you mean 50% of the traffic ?
How much do you skim to your trades?

Good looking site :)

With overal productivity of 0.50 I mean that it takes 2 unique
visitors to send 1 unique out to a trade.
If I look at the traffic that is only coming from trades, so no SE
traffic, bookmarkers etc it takes 3 uniques from a trade to get
1 productive click (unique send to other trade)
I never send a user to the same trade twice... I use 65% gallery
skimming.
To get enough clicks in order to take someone to a trade I need
3 uniques..... which basically means people are hardly clicking any
links on my site...
as a result of that I can offcourse never send more people out
than I have productive clicks, which is the reason why my site doesn't grow.

Try cut the top abit and test it for a day and see if it's improving any on the prod.
I guess the less stuff you got around your links the more productivity you get, also i send alot traffic to linklists as they return good prod. around 300-500% every day.

you need a completely new layout,,, your goal is to send at least 120% to trades so you can grow

Layout looks ok to me, but is it just me or are you on a slow server? (i'm on cable)
You could try a bigger font too for the gallery desc. that seems to work for some.

Ok I have made another small change in the logo, I will add some
more thumbs so people see it's porn I'm peddling :D
Productivity went up 100% already....still not very high but at
least I can see a change now. I'm in Spain and the page loads
fine for me....it just doesn't display the page until everything is
loaded.....anybody knows why? It's loading everything at once
and then pooff it's all there....looks cool but I rather have it
start building up inmediately
there is very little graphics on the page so it can't be too heavy.
I use style sheets to control all the fonts, sizes and colors and
everything is in tables....am I missing something?

Nice to hear :D
Dunno why it loads that way, i suppose i has todo with the table structure.

Yes the loading must be because of the table structure since all
the subtables are loaded within the main table..maybe if I set the
correct table size for the main table....
Everybody thanks again for your input..

I think you need a bunch of small tables NOT a big table with small ones in it. The table wont display until its all loaded. If you put it all in one big table then you get the all at once appearance. Small ones will load right away, one at a time. Usually :D

Yes I noticed however due to the layout of my site I need this
kind of structure...I'll have to puzzle some in order to find a way
around it....thanks for advice.

I agree with Zatlther
try to cut the part that loads onto the screen first into it's own table and the rest onto another table if you don't like a buncha small tables, it really does help
