What is considered Cheat & What is alowed ? :)

Once again i post.. hoping to find answers to cheating, i have noticed that you guys aren´t to found enthusiastic about this :) and somethings that seem just as bad, is perfectly ok, so im getting condof confused :), is there some place i can read about some general "rules" or etics honest cj webmasters folow, coz i wan´t to be an honest cj webmaster =), that´s why i wanna make sure not to fuck up this early.. i see alot of guys get bustet in these forums, they don´t get out of the problems easy :)
