Yes, Dan 2 cents front page.
Very tight rules though.

1. No CJ sites or Sites will excessive console.
2. No Toplist sites.
3. Textlinks only.
4. Unique clicks counted.
5. Only websites in english
6. No banner farms
7. No spam sites.

1st page. There is nothing for them to enter, when they click your link it directs them to a FPA.

I would be vary wary of this, its almost impossible to buy traffic this way unless god is on your side, or there is a very sharp razor for shaving involved

Actually I think it could be profitable.... it seems only clean TGP and free sites with few banners can join.

The only problem I see with something like this is.... if you get a bunch of webmasters and your sending traffic to a sponsor and not your own pay site and for some reason that sponsor closes your account your kind of fucked paying the webmasters.

But being as selective as he is on what sites can join I think he could make a profit.
