I'm gonna have a CJ site. Do the sponsors accept blind links? (for sing-up program, not click)

SO I want to send my %10 traffic to my sponsor page. (www.sponsor.com/?cgi=kallman example)

Do most of programs accept this for sign-up programs? I think they dont accept of for course click thru programs, but maybe they accept for sign-up programs.

Yes, they do allow that.
