Cancel and resign up or call them and ask them to change your account to be a regular one...

I just signed up fpr another account with another email and cc number. So I can use the premier account to accept cc on my website and the second personal account to receive money direct from paypal users without a fee.

I guess that means ccbill, ibill etc take their 10-15% for doing nothing too. :D

Don't forget that PayPal is out to make money, if they charged you 0% or just the merchant fee they pay then they'd be losing it...

FWIW, I just use PayPal to receive money. If there's any more than about $50 in my PayPal account then I get it out ASAP!

Excellent idea. I got the premier account for the debit card and to accept cc's, but I hate the 3.8% fee for receiving funds. I've been offsetting the fee by using the debit card which pays 1.5% cash back on all purchases, but still hate paying a fee just to receive funds from family and friends. Guess I'll get free account with a different cc and hope it doesn't violate any of their terms.

Is it possible to get a check from paypal? I have now try 3 time redraw money from my paypal, but they say:

And so it cost me $5. I have call my bank and ask them, and they say that i have done my part right.

If your bank don't work like others they are probably too lazy to do it

PayPal's exchange rate always lags the bank exchange rate for me, in their favour. It's a bit of a kick in the teeth considering that they already charge me a $1.50 withdrawal fee as well as the 'hidden' fee from the exchange rate difference. One or the other is fine, but not both...

Cheers.
