Help with my CJ site

Hey all,
Okay, Im using UCJ the Free version
everything is setup installed the site
is made. Now all I need to do is
start trading with other sites.

How do I got about doing this.
I dont understand how to trade with
sites that have you send traffic
to: www.mysite.com (http://www.mysite.com)
What I dont understand is how to do
this with a script.

I think according to the instructions the return link looks like http://site.com/cgi-bin/ucj/ucjin.cgi?site=whatever
