Hi all,
I want to open my own paysite. But I dont know what content I should use - what people like. Amateur or profesaional content?
I really love http://www.amateurcuties.com/ and I want to run paysite like that. But dont know if it is reliable.
Is it better to photo my own amateur pics than buying comercial professional pics?

Can somebody, please, give me some advise?

if you have to ask those questions, better not to start a paysite unless you have serious money to put into it... and i don't mean a couple thou. live feeds, lots of movies, stories and etc's cost bux!

it's probably best to have original content that only your site has, and to back it with all the content you can get that fits your genre.

every surfer has a different preference. my surfers don't like babes or amateurs. they like boys and shemales ;-)

I agree with basschick on this one - If you have'nt ever ran a pay site before you may wanna start out with a avs site and make sure its something you want to get into. As i have spent over 50k on mine & it still needs a lot of work in my opinion.
If you are looking for cheap content I would start out at web-legal.com or somewhere like that. And there are some free databases you can use, but they are'nt near the quality of the pay service ones. And for cheap stream you can use something like pornholio.net, but the quality is'nt the greatest, its hard to beat them when it comes to prices though. Especially for a starting pay site if you dont have the big bucks it takes to do it right.

Hey guys,
you are probably americans. And I think everithing in USA is much more expensive then in Czech Rep. I can take photos of nice girls for only $15-$20 per hour here. (I think I can take 100+ with my digital camera within one hour :o).
I also think people are not interested for these blonde professional sluts, who wants $500 for posing or 1000+ of live feeds - it's only expensive crap. I think people want something what they can touch, what they can meet when walking on the street, ...
It's my opinion.

Take a look at http://www.realbutts.com/ it sounds like what you want to run. Real videos and pics of real girls and nothing else. No other content then what they produce. http://www.alsscan.com is another one, a little more professional, but sells videos and CDs as well. Exclusive content is a great way to go.

Why don't you make an experiment?
take the 100 pics of a nice girl for 15-20, make it into an avs site with a nice tour, 3 pages long, nice looks and the so, go get a sexkey or vipid or your choice of AVS membership and make a premium AVS. promote it for a while, give it a chance for the exclusive content to sink in. In a while you'll have your costs covered and, depending on how many sign ups you get, you can make it into some dough and cover your costs.

Running a paysite is alot of work. Make sure you have the time to spend updating it. Fresh original content will help you alot.

i have a friend who went to the czech republic to take pics - it wasn't that much cheaper.

he still had to buy film for thousands of pics(better get reliable film, not the cheap stuff), develop thousands of pics, and you need a lot of video, which means a good video camera.

you better be DAMN sure the girls' i.d.s are good - the law requires 2 of them - and that they understand the modeling release. and the law requires that the producer post an address where all these things can be checked during business hours - and they WILL be checked - ask any producer.

a good photographer is a must, and they get about $500 a day unless you're lucky. plus pro lighting gear (the pics at als don't have flashbulb eyes). so probably a light man.

don't forget you'll need lots of locations...

besides, you'll probably still want some backup content - lease some videos, live feeds (and these days, one better be a girls' dorm - ESPECIALLY for an amateur site) or you're just not competing in the market.

and if you don't update at least weekly, watch your members cancel like crazy!

btw, i do well from avs sites.
