Could be worse, but I wouldn't use frames and I don't like that cock on top left. The girl is ok though

looks a little plain...I like how you started on the logo up top but looks like you only started..
get a better picture and put a logo for Sexuteens.com up there

And then to the left put some colors around the niches of gallerys...or something
