What is dedicated sever? When do I need one? I am currently burnning around 350-450GB/month, Do I need a dedicated one instead of the virtual one? Thanks in advance!
Yes, with this amount of traffic you should definately get a dedicated server to ensure that your sites are always fast.
Oh and a dedicated server is a server just for you. There're no other sites on it so you don't share its resources with anyone.

With that kind of bandwidth, go for www.dynamichosting.com. (http://www.dynamichosting.com.) They charge $1.33 per gig, and they only deal in high bandwidth sites like yours.
There are 2 types of hosting you should look at: 1. Co-located. you buy the server, and they hook it up to their network. 2. Dedicated is where they own the server. It is still solely used by your site, but you pay a slightly higher monthly amount to off-set the cost of the server to them. It just means you don't have to fork out for your own server all at once.
Either way go dynamichosting
