It sounds like he knew that something was fishy about the "FREE" pass in the first place but decided to try to sign up anyway cause he was so damn horny LOL.

For those who don't know. Stiffy Cash's sites charge the surfer 34.65 upfront. It's a "buy one get one free deal" so it's totally legit. If you read the credit card signup page, just above the "Get me in" button is the fine print that explains that when you get your FREE livetime VIP pass, you are also getting a porntv.com pass for 34.65 a month. This is totally legit, and Geektech, Inc. had their lawyers research it. It's funny though because I don't think most surfers realize it, but they are happy in the end because they cancel and still keep the lifetime pass.

Sounds like this guy has a legitmate concern to me. Just because the situation is explained fully in FINE PRINT does not absolve it from being misleading. 100% FREE in big letters and then conditions in small print. And you call HIM stupid. FREE should mean FREE. Even asking for a credit card is inappropriate. We wonder why this business has such a poor reputation???

yeah its cause of stupid people that cant read. when you buy a car or go for a loan do you not read the fine print. ofcourse you! when you sign-up for a membership at the gym do you not read the terms or have them explained to you.

well the pay sites offer a membership and just before you sign-up it says you must agree to the terms and conditions.

does anybody read that, obviously not many, and that is the reason why it has a bad rep. cause people get pissed cause they got billed when alls they had to do is read the terms.

And it is a contract and it should be legally binding, maybe it is, im not sure on that part.

and it is run exactly the same when you go for a membership at the gym or whatever. they offer for example; $29.95 or free month at ballys this is the enticer to get you there. then while you are signing the contract or agreement in fine print (if you read it) it says 29.95 or free is only apllicable if you stay for 6 months, if you decide after the $29.95 or free introductory month you no longer want your membership you will be billed for 5 months at a rate no less and no more than $69.95 per month.

thank you for your time we lured you here and gave you your free month and since you were to lazy or stupid to read the contract you now owe us 69.95 for 5 months.

oh my god the scammed me those bastards.

no this is the way business works. and if it is wrong then no one would be in business. The only thing that is wrong is some people may think that it is inmoral and those people have very strong concisenes. and Im sorry to say they will never succeed with one or too much of a concisense.
