Be wary of Jack Morton's Bimbocash

After many unsuccessful attempts to resolve my non-payment issues with Bimbocash I felt the need to air my grievances in public.

I have nothing to hide, but Jack seems to feel the need to hide from me. Despite promising to fully discuss the issue with me, and after many subsequent ICQ attempts, Jack is continuing to ignore me.

I have not cheated Jack. In fact, at one stage when I realised that a change I made to my website had breached his rules, I told him about it to ensure that I would not be over-paid for the hits I sent during that time.

I have been reasonable, I have been patient, but I am tired of sponsors ignoring their affilliates. This is not good enough.

I am owed $4000 and I want to be paid. I repeat I HAVE NOT CHEATED.

However, because my unique count is at 25%, Jack has assumed that I must have cheated and refuses to even discuss it with me. Every one of my URLs is in 100% compliance with his rules, but he won't talk to me.

ITS AN EASY COPE OUT. AN EASY WAY TO NOT PAY PEOPLE. JUST ACCUSE THEM OF CHEATING. NO PROOF, NO REASONING.

I already know the responses people are going post "If you didn't cheat, Jack will pay" "Jack is honest", etc.... Well that may be your experiences but these are mine, and they are not happy ones.

I was even prepared to compromise. To sympathise with the low unique count (despite the fact that it is a RAW program and despite the fact that I DID NOT CHEAT) and offered to accept a lower payment.

No good. His reasoning is that because I had a low unique count, I MUST BE CHEATING.

Well I am tired of being ignored.

Don't get Sellyourexit mixed up with Bimbocash. SYE is a combo of Jack/Killah and Killah is great. In fact I use his BigBoysCash program. He always responds to ICQ and really knows the biz. He is a very reasonable person.

I think this constitutes a full discussion of the issues. You were in violationof 2 of the rukes. Actually Noodle is a lawyer according to his last posts. Noodle why don't you go sue bimbocash and represent yourself?

Also as a lawyer you should realize that you broke a rule. Plain and simple.

If you are sending out less than 20% uniques that's pretty damn fishy to me too.

A suggestion to Jack is to ask for noodles hit counter stats. They may be able to clear some stuff up. It IS possible to have less than 20% uniques if the traffic is mostly AOL traffic.

wishtone, I would have to disagree with you. I don't think bimbocash did anything wrong. I mean if I saw a person sending me 20% uniques to my raw program, i'd be suspicious too.

I think Jack should ask for noodle's counter stats or server logs if possible. I know that's what some sponsors do in situations like this.

20% uniques looks like a case of the free host from where traffic is sent going down while the hitbot is still running. Gotta be bogus traffic at 20% uniques. I think Jack has run his program for long enough to tell what's real traffic and whats not.

I don't believe Noodle used a hitbot, I trust him. But I also trust Jack, that was one of my 2 best sponsors and paid me on time, every time.

20% uniques is very strange, but I still believe in Noodle, he didn't use hitbots. If his traffic was normal (60-70%) till Nov. 7th I think he should get paid up to that date, and then be moved to the uniques program.

I don't know Jack very well, but he sounds like a honest guy. Also noticed he is the one that get most complaints. But that is most likely because he is buying most of the traffic from the CJ biz.
I also don't think that noodle wanna start cheating with a hitbot or something similar. He seems like a smart guy and so far the only one that has been able to sort out the traffictrade code. And he has started to work on it and I belive if you start working on a traffictrading script you don't do it for the short term cash.

Can you tell me if it was unique for his account or unique for your entire system?
Problem is that there has started to be a lot of China, Japan, etc. traffic that all use big proxy servers and therefor they have the same IP adresses.
A good example of that is a expample trading with Pitbull, he had a 40% unique ratio in blindio (that counts uniques based on IP's) but he still had a very good productivity. Why? Because I get fresh surfers. But from the same proxy servers.
I tried to set my trade between thumbzone and eroticredhead to u/r+ and belive it or not the trade still had 100%+ productivity. Why? Because it was not the same surfers but they use the same IP's because they use big proxy surfers.
If noodle had his galleries grabbed from some Japan TGP or something everybody would have the same IP (almost) my numbers show between 15-30% in such a case.
Another proof of that is when I ask KimJ to switch me to u/r+ and our trade exploded because UCJ don't return based on the IP but based on productivity and it was GOOD.
Point is it does not mean he cheated.

If I was using a HitBot I would be getting 0.5% unique not 20%. My low unique rate is easy to explain.

But Do Remember. Jack runs a RAW program.

The reason for the low uniques is that my consoles come from TGP galleries. Sometimes I get up to 5 galleries posted on the same TGPs. If the same person clicks on all 5 of MY galleries, Jacks console appears and 5 consoles are logged from the same IP address. Therefore, a low unique count.

BUT THIS IS NOT AGAINST HIS RULES.

I HAVE NOT CHEATED. IT WAS ONLY WHEN JACK CHANGED HIS RULES THAT MY PAGES STOP BEING COMPLIANT. AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT IT!!!!

HOW MANY CHEATERS GO AND TELL THEIR SPONSORS NOT TO PAY FOR HITS AFTER A CERTAIN DATE????

When CJ traffic averages 60-70% uniques ratio and then an account is sending 20-30% its pretty obvious that something is wrong with that account, don't you think?

You joined the program on 9/9. According to you, you were in compliance until the entry console was disallowed. That was on 10/7.

You sent me a total of 213,336 hits. That's $1,066.68

I sent you 2 checks:

total $976.53

$1,066.68 - $976.53 = $90.15

so cut the BS. I know you are in Aussieland but I'm pretty sure addition/subtraction are still done the same way.

I think I was more than nice to you by paying you for your crappy 30% ratio. That's the kinda program I run.

Have a good life, find another sponsor, make millions and stop running your mouth. You want to start a pissing match? Noodle, I think you should re-read my last post.

The entry consoles were no longer acceptable as of Oct 8th, a notice was posted on the stats pages 3 days prior to that. In your icq messages of 11/14 you say you changed them "a few days ago". Any entry traffic sent after 10/8 was not in compliance anyway, plus you agree that the traffic you sent AFTER you made the changes was not in compliance. So any traffic you sent after 10/8 is not in compliance. Period.

the period you should have been paid for is 9/9 - 10/8.

Do the math. I think I am pretty good at math, but the numbers will show the truith.

It caN really not be your advertisers problem if you suddently change the rules withought notice (wich you did since some advertisers did not receive the message and you where aware of it. If something like that happend you have 2 choices. 1: call them. 2: send a notice with their check

I did not want get to legalities, all I wanted was what was fair, but what the hell.

Once a contract has been entered into you CAN'T CHANGE THE RULES MID-STREAM.

Even if you have a clause in the contract which states that one party has the right to change the rules, it is unenforceable. A court would strike that clause out!

Further, there is an issue of notification. Putting this on the stats page doesn't cut it.

2. I wouldn't pay anyone bad mouthing me or my programs on a public forum, this was discussed in an earlier thread, and now its showing up here again. If a webmaster has a problem with a sponsor I don't care how many dam emails , icq messages, phone calls they need to make, they need to discuss it in private with the sponsor, not in a public forum. bad mouthing and tarnishing a sponsor in public is not the way to go.

Anyone that says otherwise please read this same subject that has been discussed just recently.

Yeah Dr Dre, and he got paid for the traffic that was sent before he broke the rules. What he will not get paid for is the traffic that he sent AFTER he broke the rules. get it? I guess syt has a point on the matter of bad mouthing somebody. On the other hand, the less u can do is bad mouthing and even fuck the sponsor, they make lotsa money and they can disappear without any notice as you build their business and then they show up with another name and fuck everybody again and again. I'm not taking sides here, but even the most saint of the sponsors has to understand that the less they can expect when they fuck resellers is to be "bad mouthed" I for one, would stay quiet and try to talk personally with the sponsor. Then, if I don't get any results, I'd introduce the sponsor to my legal advisors Smith & Wesson

In short, I see a lot of people screwed by sponsors (I amongst the screwed) and very few sponsor who get what they deserve. I'm not like the Che Guevara of adult webmasters, but things like this must come to an end

I just registered recently, but I've been visiting this forum for a while. Some of you may not take this post seriously, since it's my first, but I must say that I also didn't get paid by Jack from Bimbo Cash. I sent him traffic in May and June. After not getting paid, I tried to contact him via email several times and also by ICQ. His only response was that he will look into it and I never heard from him since. I tried to contact him after that several times but he ignored me just like he ignored noodle. I only had one console on my site back than and that console was to bimbocash. I am 100% sure I didn't break any rules. I used the exact code he provided back than to link. I already said goodbye to the $1500 that he owes me, but perhpas I could learn the reason why he didn't pay me. Oh, btw, I am not badmouthing, I am just saying the truth and the facts. I will not say he cheated me if he can proove how I cheated. If he doesn't give me a legitimate answer he's a cheater and I hope he looses a lot of potential webmasters.
