Hi,

My dad will have cable access soon as well, and that's where the problems will start for me :)

I think it's much easier to get access from my pc to the other computer, then telling what to do.

What is the best remote softare for this?
And can you do almost everything with that? Like changed outlook settings etc?

What do you recommend?

Thnx
Andre

MSN Messenger :D
Very easy and fast to use.

It's how i assist customers and relatives when they are in troubles.

Hi I don't mean that. I mean that I can actually manage the other computer...

Try VNC, it's great and works cross-platform (unix/windows). It uses a password and you can even manage the remote computer from a java applet in your browser. Best of all it's FREE :-)

PCAnywhere...been around for a while. Good product.

I've seen a bunch of Web Based solutions pop up lately, but I'm not to sure about these.

Do a quick google search and I'm sure you'll find something.
