anyone using IBM Top Page?

I've been using it for years but lately I have had difficulity to create new site under it. Whenever I reboot it, the site just gone and I have to re-create the new site again...any idea of that problem?

Its what I have always used, I write my HTML from scratch but I use it to check for errors, ect. The only problem I ever have with it is that it crashes every great once in a while when I try to save.
