mp3charts.org - how much is it worth?

a mate got mp3charts.org and now he wonders how much it is worth? I dont know much about mp3 sites etc. maybe somebody here worked with mp3 sites already and can tell me about? It gets about 1k uniques/day.
He will push it up and sell it later with more traffic. So if anyone is interested....:)

point org and net domains are worth nothing if you only want to sell a name without traffic
