Hey everyone,

I know there's been alot of talk about this issue recently. But has anyone actually been able to get a replacement check at all out of them?

If so, how did you do it. I have about 7-8 NSF checks from them.

Thanks!!

7 or 8 checks?
And you still promote them?

I only saw people complaining about bad check from the Month of Jan.. And I also saw some of them got replacements without problems..
If you want look at my Sig for other options.

You know you can still deposit the check. I think the limit is 2 attempts. Only problem is you may be stuck with a fee for the check bouncing with out reimbursement from the sponsor(some banks charge this)

Both cleared on the second attempt. But they can still cancel a check that is in limbo screwing you in the process.

Hi,

I advise you NOT to re-deposit your cheques, as clickcash are planning to close the BankAtlantic account (if they haven't already).

I've had 3 of the bouncing suckers, the first two I re-deposited without any apparent problems, the third it was recommended that I send the cheque back to be replaced.

BTW, what bank are you with? I'm in Australia too, and my bounces came back within 30 days. I hope they hadn't cleared the funds before the cheque came back NSF, especially with 8 of them! My bank released the funds before the bounce, so I had to hurriedly pay them back when I was notified, and got hit with fees for my account being overdrawn...

Oh yes, they replace the checks, but try to get any fees replaced that have incurred due to their bounced checks. They still owe me for the NSF fees.

Sorry for the double post, but I simply HAD TO ADD!

I had 2 "replacement" checks bounce to me from ClickCash which was very humiliating to me at my bank. You ever had some bitch at the bank give you shit for 3k worth of checks, that bounced last week, then walk in with the 3k worth of replacement checks and have those bounce in your face? Talk about feel dumb.

On top of giving me the shaft for the original amounts the replacement checks bounced and incurred more fees, to which are STILL unpaid.

Funny huh?

Perhaps there are constraints of which I am unaware.

I think they'll say anything if its delays them sending a replacement check for a few weeks.

I wonder what the hell is going on with clickcash sometimes, how can a company bounce check after check for MONTHS, and then turn around and call it a clerical error with their bank. Thats one big clerical error!
