Affiliate programs - who's good?

hi - which affiliate programs are good for both a) adult and b) all other :o websites?

I'm trying to get affiliate programs set up, eg where it tracks affiliates using cookies or affiliate IDs or whatever .. something that I don't have to run myself, eg clickbank ? or whatever.. any ideas?

which affiliate program software, or better yet, companies that manage affiliate programs automatically for you, are good to use?

and, who sucks/why?
