I thought that lolitas are not illegal, but I have found on http://www.justpissing.com/add.asp this rule:
Don't try to use underage slogans (no "lolita" or "12-17" titles or descriptions!!!) or you will be reported to relevant authorities regardless of whether your site does or does not contain illegal materials.
What can I think about?

calling your links lolita is ok, but if there is content behind those links you got a problem...

there was a law making it illegal to claim you have minors on your site. i'm not sure if it's still in effect.

The word lolita is ok . As long as you don't give an age ... Or they must be 18 yrs old

Just say young and let them get creative with their mind as for lolita that can't be illegal or they would never have named a whale lolita.

Also anyone can interpret words in different ways as you see 30yr old porn stars being called amateur teens. The words young could mean 50yrs old if you were 103yrs and you would really truly feel that it was im shure.

If anyone can find a defination in US law that says young or lolita means underage i will be your bitch for a month. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/tongue.gif

However the words preteen and underage have a definition and would be entirely different. Now again i could always argue in court as underage meaning under 21 as its the legal drinking age in my state. So that leaves only 2 words I would never use in a site "Preteen" & "Rape".

If you call your site or advertise on your site with the word preteen, you will only get sick traffic.
Forget about such sick fuck.

"No strong emphasis on the word "Lolita". That is a keyword for child porn. It originated from a book about an older man who falls into lust for a 12 year old girl named "Lolita". We hate child porn and don't want galleries that strongly emphasize the word "Lolita". "

But however I think thats legal and ok to name your links or site "lolita", but don't try to put that content on your site!

I loved the movie Lolita (the new version) - banned in the U.S. I think. How silly..

I agree with Ace in principle. Everybody knows what 'Lolita' pertains to and in my opinion, anyone using the word in their descriptions etc is a pretty low person. If that offends anyone, tough - you know what you're doing, and should be ashamed.

My two cents.
