Merchant account IN the Netherlands..

For a company who wants to open a office in the netherlands im looking for a merchant service that is own credit card processing.

They have their own software (secure server, processing, etc.). They need only simple virtual terminal - card autorisation interface

They prefer international visa than usa visa
usa visa gives not so good terms and conditions

Anyone know if this is possible in the Netherlands??
