New idea for TGSW users...

I'm almost ready to open my service. I will be hosting the recips for TGSW users for free. I will keep the recips updated and give the users both of the files TGSW needs to get started pulling the recips from my server instead of yours.

But, before I start to promote it. I would like a little feed back. If there are things you don't understand. Ask me, so I can add these questions to the faq page.

two things:

one - what do you get for doing this?

two - a lot of tgp's don't allow any images to be hosted off the domain the gallery is on, so won't your service get people blacklisted from those tgp's?

#1: The catch is listed on the page. The users put my button along with their recips and as long as it is there they can continue getting free recips hosted.

#2: I haven't heard of that rule. I'm sure that a few tgps might have a rule like that. I don't have that rule for my tgp. I've never even thought of it and don't understand why that would be a big deal. I definetly don't have time to check the source of their images.

some tgps have that rule as they think it may be bandwidth theft. If they know lots of people use your domain and it's alowed they may not mind unless they just don't like tgsw.

Yeah that makes sense Andy2000 thanks. Yeah, it must be just an effort to stop hot linking. So I don't think anyone will be blacklisted for using this service.

Would any of you TGSW users that host your own site consider using this service?
