is anyone using this program? it says it must convert 1:2000 to get paid the 5 cents per click through or you will go to the signup rogram. lets say im converting 1:700 for ap will i convert 1:2000 for this program? and most importantly do they pay?

It's impossible to say anything specific about conversions in other programs, based solely on AP rates. You simply have to try.

However, I have used cash4blind and they did pay. No worries there :)

Same here, i also used them in the past and i never had a problem with getting paid and i haven't heard any problemswith them paying from anyone else. I say go for it and all you can do is test them.

Hey guys, Cash 4 Blind is a program run by Platinum Bucks team.

We do not push it very much anymore since we had to put the 1:2000 ratio in its been less popular, but we were attacked by cheaters all over the place so we had to do it.

1:2000 is a VERY easy ratio to maintain, basically we put the ratio in place to combat cheaters, we dont want to switch people to per signup, so we put the bar very high.
