View Full Version : Another SHIT try to cheat from DialerCo
I don't want to reply to DialerCo.........I have already sent them more than 12 e-mails, explaining that they were text format stories, never linked from my member area http://members.sexylolitas.net
None could get such contents of course neither through a dialer connection nor visiting my member area on web.
I am replying just to ask all the webmasters and people that got access to my site to reply to DialerCo
They and their clients know that such text stories pages have NEVER been linked from the member area site.
They were there on the server. The only way to get them would have been via FTP, but everyone knows that dialers don't let people access via FTP.
But the most important point is that they were just text stories.
NEVER WE HAD CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IMAGES ON SUCH SERVER OR INTO OUR MEMBER AREA!!!!
It is really shit and unprofessional to write such things when their screen shot (got from my server FTP) should prove that they are just pages with text stories (no images or any other thing that can be considered "child pornography" as they wrote. and anyway not working!!!!
And anyway they have never been part of my member area site.
The truth is that they don't have money and are trying to cheat.
At the beginning they answered me that my payments came back to their bank and they were investigating at the bank since such money disappeared. I have here all the e-mails about that.
Then they tried to waste time, asking me to wait untill 15th of july.
That is the result: now they refused all the payments, even the old ones already sent and come back, as they wrote.

Well, since there are 2 stupid shit guys (working for dialerco of course) posting more times that I have (or I had) child pornography images on my server and member area. I invite such persons to show HERE those images.

There is no child pornography that they can show as proof.
They are just trying to cheat me.
Of course they will never go to the Justice Court, since they have nothing to show.

there is more:
when my work relation with Dialerco started on 28th february, they (Flemming) asked me to use my member area as contents for all their dialers.
That is why they got FTP access to the root of my server, where they checked all my member area contents and installed their software to let people access to my member area.
So they knew what contents i offered on my member area.
I could copy and paste here some ICQ histories, where they agreed to my member area contents and offered me $1.05 per minute for USA in exchange of 1000 minutes total traffic access to my contents from their dialers free ( over such amount, I should have paid an extra 5 cents per minute)
In other words their dialers got access to my member area for all their clients.
I have all that saved as proof of my rights, but I am ready to send everything to anyone can ask me, since NEVER i had child pornography on my member area, as they wrote.
Another thing that proves how they are trying to cheat just since they cannot pay a so high total amount (about $70.000 untill today) They entered into my server root without any notification 3 days after as you can read on Terms below:

There were some pages with Rape and Incest stories, but they were just on my server.......none could get them neither on my member area web nor through a dialer connection, since there were no active links from my pages.
Such sex stories were without any illustration.
ANYWAY, I THINK THAT JUST AN IDIOT CAN BELIEVE THAT A DIALER CAN GIVE FTP ACCESS TO SURFERS.

We were ready for a such situation, since we never really trusted Flemming, that always said of himself that he was DialerCo and then instead that he cannot do anything, since Dialerco is not his company and he was considering other offers.

Just few words to riassume all the main points as we proved here:

It is not a pure support. I think people here really found the truth and i don't need to post other documents to prove my rights.
Some points are really clear now:
1) I have never had child pornography images on my member area / server . I invited DialerCo to show here all the child images they found during their illegal and not
notified access to my server, but nothing can be showed since THERE IS NOTHING
2) the text files with incest and rape sex fantasy stories were uploaded to my server in january 2001.
Instead my work relation with DialerCo started on 28th february 2002. They checked all my contents and set up the dialers and their access files, offering me $1.05 for USA in exchange of 10.000 minutes from their dialers using my contents.
that is the point...........they had access to my server in february to check my contents area and set up their files, since they asked me 10.000 minutes traffic, using my contents to connect all their dialers.
After that they set up everything, checked my contents, sent traffic to my member area........5 months later, they have found such text stories files..........what great mystery, since they were on my server since the last year 2001."
Anyway NEVER they were linked from my member area pages or through a dialer.
3) I thank everyone sent me writen testimonials about my member area authorizing me to use them at the Justice Court.
4) All people know that a dialer cannot connect to FTP. If it were possible, the dialer industry could get more money than 9 years ago.
