International Translations Improve Signups!

Some sites like http://www.penilesecrets.com and others have options to translate there site into a different language. As anyone got any experiences on whether this is effective or actually decreases signups? as a gateway page may be needed?

If you don't mind getting foreign traffic sure :-)

I know that Traffic Cash Gold now offers this so there must have been the demand. Only issue really is, is your content going to be in foreign languages as well (not just the tour) and if you can get webmasters to push the foreign versions of your tour.
