Hello! I have read here often mainly because it is the most active "webmaster" board I know of. I have been developing website for a couple of years, and about to launch a amateur one for a new client. Moslty just her naked, playing with herself, and dildos and such.

Couple of questions:

1) I am in a state where I am not sure on the "adult" laws. I am in the "bible belt" you can say. I am putting everything in my name for her privacy and safety, so I am needing to know if there is anything I need to look out for. Any way to find out about the laws in my state? Or "what exactly is porn"??

2) This girl I am doing this website is hot, very hot .... skinny, big fake boobs, etc. I also have this other chick ... fat, and I mean FAT .. even has hair on her tits ... she is wanting me to do her a website. Her thing is giving head, and will do several at a time, facials and all. Is there a market out there for that? Or should I not even waste my time? She is not pretty by any means .. but will suck the dicks .

1. Not 100% sure on the laws of the USA, but I would assume most basic things are legal.

2. There is a market for everything!. Guys who like fat chicks most probably will like to see on give head and get facials. So I would say, do a website for her, it will pull the niche BBW traffic, and maybe even some hardcore general traffic too.

If it is not hidden which state you are in? All the states have different laws for porn. If you give us the state we could tell you the state law.

1) Not to be rude, if I need accounting advice I go to an accountant, and when my ass could possibly end up the property of another inmate, you fucking bet I would go see a lawyer.

Charge her a consultancy fee and get the facts straight from someone qualified to advise you on the law.

Second, I could consult the laywer in my office building ... but like you said, ask someone qualified. That is why I posted a message here. This is what you guys do. So, why not get some good "advise" on the subject from people in the field?

I really need a good way to research it without having to shell out the bucks to have a laywer charge me $125 an hour ...
