I can vouch for the AmateurPages program. They pay on time and have good stats. Although make sure you follow their rules to the letter or they can terminate you, and most of the time they won't let you know unfortunately.

I use amateur pages atm, but i am a little worried about it, I remember reading some post of some wb who was ripped off.
AP closed their account on false acusations - so as they say.

I tried offshoreclicks (pay per click program) and count ridiculous low - more money you can make on per impression program
candidclicks is not a familiar name to me - I search this board and I find only 3 post, not relevant anyway
