i feel your pain :( i have given them longer to do my things. and it is draggin but long as i see some movement and know they are alive i guess is better then nothing at all,
if yours isnt done and they will not do anything bud contact az state district attorney or the bbb they will put a fire under that ass that is my next step if its not finished. then if its under 5 grand take um to small claims court
