netfirms.com the advertising on it is pretty good. they just put a banner at the top of the page. they are pretty quik too. the only problem ive had with em is sometimes my images dont load. by far the best free hosting ive used, check it out

1. Spot banners (header & footer);
2. Pop-up; or
3. Frames

Upside: Never experienced any downtime. Great stats.

Downside: Their support completely blows donkey butt. If you have any questions, you can expect to wait several days for a response that actually relates to the question you asked.
