Script for voting

Hi fellow webmasters,

I'm making a site with an overview of the adult sponsors in the bizniz. i would like to add the possibility for other webmasters to grade the sites with a grade between 1 and 10. Guess I need a cgi-script for that huh.

My problem is that I don't write Perl and I don't have money to buy a ready made one. I already checked cgi-resources.com, but the scripts I found over there weren't any good or didn't work.

Can somebody help me here?
