I'm going to make a wild guess here and say $1-3 per image. With there being quite a few different factors to way out.

If you're looking for digital video, that's something that I'm looking into right now. For me, it's looking to be more cost effective to produce my own.

Once you start having hardcore penetration shots the prices go up alot more quickly. If it is just solo girl, you can usually get the pics for around $1 a pic. Hardcore probably around $5 a pic.

To shoot a hardcore scene cost us a minimum $300 for the models alone. It's worth well over 20 internet sales @ $45 in the first two months. And we still own the rights.

This is without the magazine sales that can vary from $1,000 to $6,000 a set.

So why should we sell it for $500?

The magazines pay for, US, UK, EU, AUS, etc. rights, all seperate.

That's how we can afford to shoot the quality B/G & G/G. With 2/3 good models you are looking at their fees being a minimum of $500 and it can go up to $1,500. Plus location, film (25 rolls) then all the expenses of equipment and extras.

So we have to sell it again and again, we split the set up and sell it as many times as we can. One of my top sets has made $15,000 to date.:D

The internet is on top of that and frankly B/G & G/G does not sell well enough here to warrant the extra time and effort to shoot it just for the net.

This is of course our situation, I'm sure Matrix can sell a PORN set enough times to make it worthwhile.

But dont worry we have loads of PORN sets on the site and I'm sure you will be pleased with the results:D

Look, I don't know how you started to sell content, I don't have experience in this, I'm webmaster. And you know what is strange, I never make sites with gay/tranny niche...
From what I see, only way to promote my content and start to deal with big buyers is to be cheap, and kind to my fellows webmasters. I think they will make our reputation...
When we get $10.000 per month orders form Big Sites maybe we will raise our prices, and start to make serious money...
With this prices we do biz almost without profit, but we make our name noted...

I started to sell internet content way back, over 5 years ago. Was selling it for $3-5 an image.

And then I made another of my many stupid decisions and dicided to not follow it up and let it slip. Gave a lot of stuff to Scarlett for them to broker.

Now I know what a mistake I made. I was only interested in shooting for magazines and the net was just a bonus. Now it is totally different, we major on selling to the Internet and the magazines are second. But we still try to keep the standards high. For no other reason than we can shoot this work and not everyone else can, soo we have an edge.

Good luck to you in your endevours, hope your way works for you. But be warned if you start out at that price level you will find iit hard to move up andf the big sites can and do afford the better sets.
