I think you should give it a complete redesign. It look pritty out of date. Way to basic. But this is just my opinion.

i'd move the toplist to the top of the page and get rid of the stuff you have below the toplist currently.

What is your current productivity?

somewere around 120% it flucates on the weekends but thats expected

spice up the colours/size/format of the gallery links w/ description....and add more, and maybe lose all that shit at the bottom, unless it gets alot of clicks

I think WD is s great designer and a good guy, i always give him a plug becasue he desrves it, but I feel bad because I'm making a shitlaod of mony from the designs that Marko did for me. So not to seem like an ungratefull moron, I have to say that taking nothing away from WD, but Marko is a good designer too,

Might wanna put something on the onmouseover, i don't feel like clicking if i don't see something on the bottom, so maybe a default Click Here will do
The site doesn't look too bad at all, add a few thumbs perhaps to get more clicking going and I'm not too fond of the free galleries on the bottom of the page...just doesn't seem right, maybe redesign that part
