so. its just a simple html layout no biggie. unless you spent houts making a badass layout with graphics and they stole the graphics. now that i would worry about.

Layouts are hard to get right even if tehy are just html... if 2 people use them the design gets fucked over and becomes usless.

Blind if it was any tgp or CJ2, I would not be where I am right now ... When you desing, you are not just making square etc... My traffic is teen user . I need to do a teen tgp layout . And trust me a very good one like this one took me days to do .
