I would say that this is ILLEGAL.
You can't sell things that doesn't belong to you.
And souls are owned by GOD.

*SIGH* Doesn't the bidder realize how hard it is to take care of a soul? It's not like a pet or a child. They're hard to contain, pretty much have a mind of their own, and always smell funny.
