Maybe that was too short of an answer.
See this line in the terms "All current webmasters that are following these terms and conditions are welcome to remain"
The reason for this change is simple, I am getting too much crap and fakees from certain countries, I don't want to say which, but if you want i can show you the hitbot logs, and 1 guy last night had the balls to tell me that I should pay hin for the software he purchased to send the fake shit.
I can't stay in buainess if all I have to do is check up on crooks, so I took a list of countries that wiuls be big enough not to sound prejudiced or personal from a major sponsor and said here it is.
All current webmasters are welcome to stay and will get paid.
Hope this makes sense.

I have been flooded by emails to relax this new policy, and I will not ban any country, instead I have hired a full time webmaster to check all incoming links.
Hope this makes everyone happy.

It's simple XP
sponsors need webmasters webmasters need sponsors.
We are all webmasters in the end, and we all need to work things out to make money together.
Here is why i did it yesterday, I have accounts sending 0.89% unique ratios, burning up band, using up the cpu's on the servers and all I have is a waste of time, this 1 prick had me loading 9 times per page load, each of them a broken image going to .htaccess on his side, redirecting each image to an account , obviously I can't sit here all day and night monitor the incomming traffic.
Then I get this shitload of emails saying I'm prejudiced and racist and all sorts of shit.
When I thought about it, I tend to agree, you can't ban people based on a country, that's not fair. Because there are good and bad in every country. Solution, hire someone to monitor the traffic, check linking urls, pages and Ip's.
What I'm trying to explain, is we have to all listen to reason, and sometimes we have to change our decisions when logic prevails.
If anyone recognizes this password anywhere let me know.
I have a guy with multiple accounts from china, with this exact password on all accounts slamming me a shitload of hits that I can't see my code on any page of his supposed sites.
And I mean a shitload of hits on the accounts, obviously the guy is not too smart signing up with the same password on all the accounts, but I really want to find out what his deal is.
His traffic is 0.67% unique, that's right not even 1% unique.
but his volume is over 300K raw a day.
The password in question is, Cai729755
Any and all help is much appreciated.
