Anyone got experince with PSW billing?

Their site sure looks flashing and serious.

yea i've used them for a while, their support isnt amazing and sometimes "lose" emails ...lol.....

but they pay on time and have good admin software

Same experience as Chris..Always pay on time, support is a bit lacking. Although I haven't needed to contact them more than a couple of times.

I've been using them for about a month, no real problems so far apart from trying to set up their affiliate program for my site... it's taking a while to get the guy to respond to each email, and the links are still broken.

The basic billing part works perfectly. The admin interface is a little limited but they are adding extra bits and pieces on regularly. They will be processing checking accounts soon.

My wishlist for the web interface:

1. Be able to confirm/change mailing address, wire etc details
2. Show list of payments issued to the webmaster
3. Display complete user list

I consider (2) to be pretty important, as right now there is no email notification or any sort of indication on the web interface that a payment has been sent.

I forgot:

4. Be able to view more than a month's worth of transactions

I can't accurately verify the amount on the check they send because I may not be able to view all of transactions in that billing period (10th - 16th July for the check I received yesterday... the earliest transaction I can view right now is 12th July)
