it's up for me (i just tried it),hosted banners get shown,clicks get forwarded to the online paysites.

http://www.topbucks.com is loading OK for me too. Maybe it's a problem with your ISP?

internet, email and newsgroups where fine. Topbucks down for some minutes for me. Could be anything ofcourse!

But like I said... I can reach my stats again :) No prob at all
