He has a few main pages so you may have to refresh his site a few times to see what I am talking about.

He has changed the colors of his site, but you can see he didn't even bother to change the file names...

I saw one of my old gallery templates being used the other day.
It wasn't even a good one, but it was undeniably mine. Same file names.

I'm not even sure how to do anything about shit like that.

You could try having a law friend help you write a threatening email.. to see if they will take it down on try and get some money out of them ;)

Don't let the fact that he has multiple main pages trick you.
Once you visit his site, and then refresh it, you presented with a different design. The one he stole is shown on the first visit.
