Auto Confirm Email?

I submit a lot of galleries everyday, that get accepted at a lot of sites. Because of all of the cheaters submitting galleries, many of the sites now send confirmation emails that I have to wade through on a daily basis.<br /><br />Does anyone know of a script/program that will go through these emails and visit the confirmation links automatically?<br /><br />Thanks in advance for any help.
