For wire transfer the sponsor demands from me the following:

and in bank to me have given the following information:

Tell that where to enter.

Go in your bank and ask him.

Call your bank and i am sure they will give you all the info that you need

If you send from USA to European accounts for example your not always use the same codes or info.
So the best way is to ask your bank with the info you got from your sponsor.

I had the same problem, with the SWIFT code and they helped me ...
