what is wrong with this cheap host?

I found http://www.kikko.com/home.asp?cont=hosting . It's so cheap there must be somthing wrong. I send some email to they custumers, but they're very happy with that host. Any experience, bad or good?

Buddy of mine tried them. They really need to get their act together. Once they learn how to properly configure servers and answer the phone they might be ok...
