Any who hasn't checked out jesus.com go and take 5 minutes to do it now.. This guy is my personal hero..
'
I found this site about a year and a half ago, and it made me laugh a little. But I just recently went deeper into the site, and it is pretty amazing.. Go to the Sermons (http://www.jesus.com/sermons/) section and read some of them, really kick ass stuff, that just backs a previous post I made about the American mentality and the American Government..
But if you want to find the funniest stuff, just go straight to this url
http://www.jesus.com/contact/mailbag/
nothing is funnier than illiterate, inbred, ignorate christians expressing their intolerence at someone else's thoughts and beliefs..
I support this guy 100%

Damn I checked that out a while back and didn't think much of it, but I read the mailbag, as you suggested, and found my new favorite quote.
"Prayer is an amazing self-pleasing substitute for action."
Time to go make a shirt for all the bible-thumpers to read. :D

This edition celebrates the hopeless confusion and misinterpretation of reality that keeps the majority of humans from ever focusing their consciousness on anything real. And people thoughtlessly parrot the lie that we are an advanced society? All evidence for such a claim is lacking. To the contrary, what exists today are common beliefs in accepted illusions that serve to form an ideological disease that consumes minds and keeps people too afraid and self-doubting to act, thus ensuring that they never follow their dreams. It is considered antisocial to confront or refute lies, and few wish to be separated from the herd, so the primary voices that emerge are those of the liars who repeat phrases that keep the rest in chains.
damn this guy is good

People who fight non-existent enemies like "sin", "evil", "devils", and "demons" require constant psychological reinforcement from like-minded people to keep their delusions alive. All of the participants in the lie cast off doubt by creating spectacles of "proof" in support of what they oppose so they can have an enemy to fight and thus a purpose.
In the end they are merely actors fighting for illusions, taking all focus off real life. They call this relief of pressure their "bliss" -- and it comes at the cost of everything that truly matters in life.

My favorite is his retort to someone that told him he should read the bible and find out why he is going to burn in the eternal, bla bla bla..

That's kind of funny. Where are you guys located at that talk about america and bible thumpers? Because, to be honest, a lot of the hardcore killers in the world are church going folks. And is it just me, but athiest are usually the biggest faggots of the world. And that jesus.com website is a joke. I would rather you read godhatesfags.com I love to see people with anti-church t-shirts on. Because usually when they are confronted, they back down and curl up in the corner.

I lived in the bible belt for 2 years and that was a very interesting experience. I was confronted with people on a daily basis that told me how badly I needed to find Jesus and accept him as my saviour, then they promptly turned around and beat their wife, snorted their coke, or robbed someone blind. I'll quit looking down on christians when they can prove that they are able to act like responsible people. It's funny how they throw their religion in your face and then not follow thier own 'commandments'. The most decent people I meet are usually atheists or agnostic. The craziest, most ill-informed lemmings I meet are usually bible-thumpers.
labout, you're such a sexy man, I want to pound my manmeat in your tight little anus. So please do come confront this, anti-church t-shirt wearing man, and I'll show you what happens when we don't back down. I'll show you what happens to us when you conservatives get us freedom loving 'fags' thrown in jail.

Agent, I didn't know you felt that way about me. Did you participate in thebatibus.com? Just curious. Forget jail, and trust me, if I was confronting someone who had on an anti-church shirt, I wwould say "you're going to hell". I'd just be like "I'm a christian, what are you going to do about it?". But since you don't live in the United States.... Don;t worry about it my gay buddy,.

I happen to live in California. I'm not gay, but for you I'll make an exception. You made it sound in your previous post as though you attack people wearing anti-church shirts. If you came up to me and said "I'm a christian, what are you going to do about it?" my simple reply would be "Laugh my ass off and then thank you for warning me that you have a weak mind and are a helpless sheep."
As for hating gay people, that usually means you haven't gotten in touch with your feelings and are afraid of exploring your sexuality. I admit I was once afriad of gay people. I used to think "Eww, what if he likes me and makes a pass at me?" Then I grew out of puberty and realized they were flesh and blood just like me. I may not get turned on at the sight of a naked man, but that gives me no reason to be a hatemonger against those that do.

Once when I was on a plane the guy sitting next to me asked if I was a christian, when i said i wasn't, he started preaching me about his religious experiences in church camp, etc. and kept going on and on thru the whole flight - 6 hours of torture.
Everybody should have the freedom to believe whatever they want, i just hate when somebody tells me - this is wrong and this is right.

Thats pretty funny.

Damn straight he supports porn, there are pictures in there of him getting a blowjob from a nun..
And how can someone be a true christian and run a porn business? That is a great example of hypocracy at work here folks..
And people with anti-church shirts on don't curl up in a corner, believe you me..
Every sunday, and tuesdays sometimes, (if the weather was nice because christians don't believe strongly enough in their beliefs to protest in the rain) a whole truckload of biblethumpers would gather infront of the hospital and protest against abortion..
Now, protesting against abortion is one thing, I can understand that and I can respect a persons beliefs in this matter, because with abortion it isn't too hard to see how two people can have a different opinion.. However, what I did have a problem with was they all carried signs like 'Jesus was aborted' or some dumb ass bible quote to back up their views. In reality they weren't really protesting against abortion they were just using it as an excuse to advertise their religion.. And that pissed me off, so I chatted with my roomate at the time, who was a BIG anti-church, anti-society, anti-pop-culture, guy and said that we should make up some signs to go down and protest their protest, or just protest the right of a womans choice.. So my girlfriend, my roomate, and a few other friends made up some signs and went down there the next sunny tuesday and protested for pro-choice and anti-religion.. And sure enough when we got there there was another girl doing the same thing as us, all by herself against all of these church folk.. She was yelling at screaming at them, I think she was one of those angry lesbian/hippie without the mellow drugs, so she didn't really see the point in talking witih these people just yelling and screaming at them.. But anyways, we got there put up our signs and marched around for 4-6 hours.. And the support we got from the community was pretty overwhelming.. We had signs like 'Honk For Pro-Choice' and about 1 in 3 cars honked, so the people were pretty much saying how fed up they were with these church folk..
But the church protesters were interesting to talk to, for most of the time there we just chatted with these people and got their view on it, and gave them our view, and in the end we reached a pretty good comprimise which we both agreed on. Basically saying that Abortion shouldn't be illegal, but it should be regulated a lot stricter than it is now.. Because today, little sluts just use abortion as another form of birth control, and never have to take responsibility for their actions.. Which I don't agree with, however there were circumstances which the church people agreed I was right on, such as if a girl is raped, then abortion would be allowed... and in the end it was a pleasant afternoon...
Now this is in Canada, I dont' know if this would be possible in the USA, because my feeling would be that most people would be like that homophobic hypocrite labout and would probably try to start something physical, as his 12 year old intellect would so get frustrated with 'talking'. However up here, one of the great things is that people are far more open and tolerant when it comes to other peoples views.. And up here, the anti-church folk don't back down, and we don't crawl into a corner.. heh, we make signs and go shout to the world what we believe in..
