Non Adult Dialer ?

Is there anything like "non adult dialer". I have an idea of something like mp3 dialer.The user connects to an MP3 site with dialer connection.
Any dialer sponsor providing this? I dont have an mp3 site to set it as members area of dialer.
And also,what are your comments about it? It seems like another way of earning money from dialers without waiting for the surfer to jerk off but to download mp3s...

2 things.

1. I highly doubt that you own the c-rights to the mp3's. Charging for them and not paying royaltees is bad news.

2. Average dialer connection is at 40 to 50k/sec max. at that speed it'll take quite some time to download 1 song... and what will the end user pay? $45.00 for 1 MP3? You could use a drop charge and offer like a days access but besides the BW bill see #1 above.

I could perhaphs give the surfers tool for searching the net for mp3s trought the dialer. But you have to be sure that you won't get sued for this, this should be discussed with your lawyer first.
