Remotely hosted CJ Script

Anyone know of a script that would allow me to offer webmasters a remotely hosted cj script. In other words, assuming these webmasters use hosts that don't allow cgi/php scripts, I could host the script for them in exchange for a percentage of their traffic. I'm looking for a script similar to that which can be found on http://www.clickzs.com/

This would cater more to those webmasters that have non-adult sites hosted on free hosts.

Hmmm.. Why do you think it will be demanded?
What kind of hosts who don't allow scripts execution?
Only free ones like smutserver. But why build tgp/cj on smutserver?

There are plenty of free hosts that gives a free space and trading script.
If you ask me, I'd better go with them.
