Domain EXTENSIONS! Put in your opinion.

need some opinions...
we all know .org, .net, .com are the top domain extensions....

but if one of those are not available, which of these extentions do you think is more valuable? rate them.
.biz .ws .info .tv

lastly, what is this thing about alogrium or somethin like that im hearing about? they are saying that adult-sex is now gonna get more hits then adultsex in search engines, because of the alogrioum factor. have you guys heard this?

domain names only really matter for type-in traffic and branding. most adult sites dont need that unless they're paysites or maybe tgps.

that said, i'd say .biz, .ws, .info, and .tv are all worth about the same, maybe 1/10th of a .com (for now, it'll get better later)

There's no value in any of them really unless your expecting lots of type-ins, but generally this isn't the case.

We use .ws domains because they offer complete anonymity. Is it worth $70/2 years, for us yes, for most people no...

well, i can get a .ws domain at $18 for 2 years...
i have found a few one word domains at .ws
just dont know how valuable they are with that extension

Ive been doing business with him since he first started. cheapest place ive found for domains. Ive registered more than 30 domains with him...all .com's
just noticed today that he is offering .ws
btw, what do you mean by .ws having annonymity? exactly what is .ws used for, and why does it have more privacy?

Try doing a WHOIS on a .ws domain and look how much information is returned. Practically nothing and no email, no address, just the owner's name. Nothing more.

I like .TV because it sounds cooler. For example, I own SpyCam.TV and SexVideos.TV and think they are great for entertainment oriented sites. I'd almost swear it helps conversions ;)

we registered ourselfs a few .ws and a few preregister .sex domains.

the .ws is original and does not make "cheap" as the .info/biz and all the rest and you could find good names on the .ws

for the .sex who knows if they go live but you could easily preregister something like makelove.sex and you get it, almost all the names are there and in about 6month-1year if they go live it will make a killing
