I just got an E-mail from Jimmy few days ago saying that they have to change their payment dates and delays.
"Hello,
Because of the changes being implemented by AT&T Multiquest in regard to their 900 per minute billing mechanisms, Telcoweb will also have to make some minor changes with regards to our payout dates.
As you know, Telcoweb pays every 2 weeks, 15 days in arrears. Even though we do not receive the money from the billing company until well after we pay you for your minutes, Telcoweb has not had a problem paying this money for minutes earned in advance to our webmasters and resellers. We will continue to do so, although we will be making some minor changes with the time frame we are paying for, to reduce our own exposure.
Here is how our new pay out structure will be implemented:
The next payday for Telcoweb will be made on October 25, 2001, instead of on October 18th. On October 25th, we will be paying for minutes earned from September 16th through September 30th. The next payday after this will then be on November 18, for minutes accumulated from October 1st through October 15th. After this payday we will be resuming our normal bi weekly payment schedule. Instead of paying 2 weeks in arrears, we will be paying bi weekly, but 30 days in arrears. Pay days will still remain on the 3rd and 18th of every month.
Instead of moving to bi weekly payments 30 days in arrears immediately, Telcoweb has decided that, for the good of our webmasters and resellers, we would gradually put this new billing mechanism into effect. This is why we have moved the upcoming payday back one week, and moved the following payday to the 18th.
In the past 8 months, Telcoweb has rapidly become one of the most highly respected leaders in the dialer industry. We are constantly striving to improve the Telephone billing products we offer our partners. In the very near future, Telcoweb will be launching new and exciting products for you to add to your businesses income stream portfolio. Telcoweb has been frequently updating and improving our network infrastructure, in an effort to constantly strive for better performance of our billing products. We will continue to improve our network infrastructure in the coming months, as we persist in building the world’s most stable dialer network.
As always, if I can answer any of your questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly."
Now my quastion is, what are you going to do ?
will you continue reselling Telcoweb ?
i love them too.. they pay very well and on time but 30 days Hold time is ALOT..
i'm sure that must of my members wont like it.
what is the alternative ? any suggestion ?
