Guys,, Smutcash has nothing to do with vipdialer !! Smutcash does not offer dialers, period.

Lets get something straight here.

Gib and snow got together and decide to Stop Paying Me, why ? Because they felt that webmasters are not getting paid.

Well since Gib is 3 years behind everyone else, I had to make a primitive program to go in a pull down all the data and get the stats. Snow then has to make sure I match up the dialer with the webmaster. And this didnt always happen. In the end I was nothing but Gibs Accounting Department.

The Day Gib decided that they wanted to stop pay I shut down the accounts. I made sure that all wire and fedex accounts went out. Those people got paid.

Now Gib has shut down my login to there stats so I cant even go back and get the data to take care of the last webmasters who didnt get paid.

Sad that Snow has to run to this board everytime we talk. I tell him things and he runs to the board to tell all.

Thank god I didnt give snow any other websites that I run. He would then drag them into this..

Funny, I used to get this song and dance from Gib about how telco would be shut down in 6 months. Shit,, they kicked our ass.
Why ? Because they are up to the times.

Vipdialer was going down hill for a while cause gib would not change anything. I asked for better rates,, ya we got them in July. 45 Cents for US was our biggest. WOW !!
I asked to change the dialer. Not.
The plugin, hmmm, when did that work ?
Every month the average for the dialer was only 38 cents. This is the total group,
Snow wanted 5 cents and then 3 on top of another reseller who got 4 cents(7 cents). So if I pay webmasters 35 cents and there is only 38 cents, you do the math.. Snow got over paid for months. I told him that I need to wait one month and not pay him for that month, he flippped. Why ? Because I over paid him up to that point.. This is all I had to work with. And with the dialers at 8 minute hold times, it sucked.

Starting in about june the minutes dropped off only 8k a day. Not much to brag about.

I let snow handle the entire deal. I just didnt have time with my other stuff.

Ask yourself this, If you run a paysite program and Ibill called you up and told you that they are not going to pay, What would you do ???

This makes sence. Snow never has or will give a FUCK about the webmasters. There is a very Small Margin when paying a FLAT RATE and many times there is a LOSS you have to make sure that the people are not sending SHIT COUNTRIES.
All Snow cared about is his .05 per min. Now Guys Do the Math Snow made a HUGE Anoncement that they broke 1,000,000 mins a Few months back that $50,000 Dollars PER MONTH he was making off you guys. Why the FUCK can hey not pay everyone of you back?
Because he is just an Idiate that has blown all the money OR he is Extremly Selfish. Either one he is a Not to ever be trusted look at his track record.
For the record do not blame Dialerking for this I am not him. Look back and follow the little history trail this asshole as left and you will see I am saying this Truth here.
I don't give a shit about snow or his reselling but I do give a shit when he Ruins people and segments of this Industry for his short minded Greed. Now snow trying to make it look like he has Nothing to do with this problem when he was the one that Sucked it dry.
Webmasters Beware use someone else anyone get this cancer out of this Industry.
IF I sound upset it's because I am he has done this often and because there are so many nice people out there he able to keep bull shitting more and more everday.

I spoke with snow and he said that GIB stopped paying Tyler cause they were many complaints that VIP dialer was not paying right. He said they was many complaints so they was forced and took it over direct. He say if they kept paying VIP dialer then you would just steal more than you already did.

That does answer the question of where my VIP daler checks that bounced went. Can I have them re-sent. You say you were in charge of VIP dialer accounts - why did the checks bounce???

I had got 2 checks since Sept both with GIB on them and they cleared ok. Where is the old VIP checks? I sent you e-mails with no response.

Yes im sure they told you to wait before taking them to court while they place all their assests into another company. See you give them time to prepair for a way out least if you get a lawyer and you still get you cash least you have a backup in place.

You might loose a small cut but its like an insurance policy and the lawyer can watch them to know their next move. As long as you continue to play this wating game its only costing you by the day while they make interest or use your money to make them more money..

Dont tell them shit dont ask any further questions just get a lawyer and let him ask the questions.

We ran a reseller program,, Gib suplies the dialers, the stats, and the money.

Now I have to somehow take the crude stats that Gib Supplies and tranlate this into an accounting file to pay webmasters.

The program logs into one stats area and downloads the data.

When the money stops, and the password to login is cut off, then my systems is useless.

I dont have control over that..

I signed a contract with Gib that stats they have to give me 30 days notice of termination, in writing. They made a phone call, that is it.

Even if you couldn't know how much to pay each of us for some August minutes you had no right to run wih the money you already paid us.

And the 30 days crap is no excuse for that either.

I send you all info in a mail. You where paid upto septemper 9. That money you did not pay along to your webmasters. GIB handled the payments after that. Basicly you don't need a login to send out checks that where supposed to be send out at least 3 weeks before that. Your login was terminated because you did not pay webmasters for minutes generated. Wich mean you where the one breaking your end of the contract (I would asume since I have not been reading the contract I can't say)
But no matter what GIB did to you you have no right not pay your webmasters wich you lost on Septemper 9 when GIB took over the process. If that is a problem for you it is a issue between YOU and GIB not the webmasters in the program.
If you got any info about why I did not receive my check it would be in our boths interested that you contact me. I send you several mails, use the form, asked Snow to forward etc. etc. but never heard from you.

We know that VIP was not paid after 9th September - we need the money for traffic before 9 September.

And I had a check dated in August and one in July and they bounced from VIP. Of curse you gotten paid for that traffic! So please re-send the checks that bounced.

You are sitting on the monie of all the webmasters, and you only makes stupid excuses. Please re-send the checks and everyone is happy.
