Is TGP traffic usless for now ?

Hi everybody
Just want to hear your opinion - i have some submisions for past days and have about 2k-3k from those TGPs BUT conversion ratio was like 1:300 or 1:500 People i think even don't see the banners or advertisement links they just want pics and nothing more ? may be it is usless for now to post for tgp's ?
suggest other resourses ?

Dam i guess your sponsor aint doing so good maybe or your using a sponsor thats overexposed. I suggest you tray something new however 1:500 is not that bad when other say they are doing 1:1000 or 1:1800 with some sponsors.

netman 1:500 is very good conversation for tgp traffic. I'm doing like 1:1000 with my tgp gallereis and I'm happy with it. You should work to get more traffic to your gallereis and then with 1:500 you can make good money :)

if it only takes you 5 minutes to make a gallery then don't plan on making any money,,, good galleries will take 1-3 hours to make

I think Playa's statement is a bit too much, but if it takes 5 minutes per gallery, chances are you'll fail. I can make a gallery in 20 seconds (just get a set of images, ThumbPlus and that's it), but will it sell? I don't think so! About big thumbs, it's a good way to save BW, because most people will click only in 3-4 big pics instead of all 20, and if you use a right balance between quality and compression, you'll spend less bandwidth. Believe me, I use that trick with The Hun!

And I forgot: did you try TGP2? Maybe you'll get a nice surprise! And still, 1:500 in TGP traffic for teen galleries/sponsors is fucking good conversion rate

Its really true i hand make my gallerys and i do spend 1-2 hours per template easy and i must admit it pays off in the long run.

You may ask why so much time just for a gallery well quality counts and converts!

You would not spend 10 mins to bulid a quality TGP layout that gets 10-50k daily so why spend 10 mins to build a gallery that gets 100-300k hits a day?

Think of a gallery as a virtual billboard and are worth every bit of effort you put into them even if they dont make cash today you be suprised how many people bookmark a nice gallery.

Also look at the time that is spent on the site you are promoting. They spend hours/days building a tour that converts. Your gallery has to be an extension of that tour, something to get the surfer to click on your banner/link! 10 minutes=a big waste of time!!!! IMHO!
